Dr. Ann Marie Kriebel-Gasparo serves as a faculty member for Walden University. She holds DNP and MSN degrees from Drexel University. Her clinical practice for the past 11 years has been on performing Medicare house call assessments for gerontological residents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has practiced as a family nurse practitioner since 1997 and a gerontological nurse practitioner since 2010 and previously taught NP and DNP programs at Temple University and Alvernia University. Her teaching focuses on care of the older and frail adult. She is a graduate of the AANP Leadership Program. She was the recipient of the Distinguished Nursing Educator Award from the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence in 2019. Dr. Kriebel-Gasparo is a member of GAPNA and has served as chair of the research committee and president of the Liberty Chapter of Pennsylvania since 2016. She has authored for the Journal for Nurse Practitioners and reviews for HRSA, the Journal of Doctoral Nursing Practice, and serves on the editorial board of Clinician Reviews.
