Deanna S. Adams DNP, APRN, FNP-C, AGACNP-BC, GS-C, CEN

Dr. Deanna Adams is a dual-certified nurse practitioner, with certifications as a family nurse practitioner and an adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, and she is a certified gerontological specialist. She is the owner of Adams NP Medical Services, PLLC. She a clinical associate professor at the University of Texas at Tyler and works as an NP in a regional emergency department in East Texas. Dr. Adams obtained her DNP degree from Texas Christian University, a master's degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman's University. She has served as the chairperson for the GAPNA Acute and Emergent Care SIG since 2021 and is a member of the GAPNA Planning Committee.
