Erica Frechman PhD, AGPCNP-BC, ACHPN, NEA-BC, FPCN
Dr. Erica Frechman is a clinician researcher and assistant professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Her research focuses on dementia, caregiving, palliative care, transitions of care, and risk prediction modeling. She practices as a palliative care nurse practitioner and greatly enjoys working with individuals living with serious illness and their caregivers to promote the best quality of life.
