Dr. Jeffrey Kwong is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner and HIV specialist. He is a professor in the Division of Advanced Nursing Practice at Rutgers University and a practicing clinician at Gotham Medical Group in New York City. Dr. Kwong has worked extensively in the field of HIV medicine for 25 years and trains clinicians nationally on HIV treatment and management. He has authored several articles and book chapters on HIV and older adults. Dr. Kwong serves as a clinical faculty expert for Mt. Sinai's HIV Project ECHO Program and serves as an educational consultant for the Northeast/Caribbean AIDS Education and Training Center. Dr. Kwong is also the associate medical director for the American Academy of HIV Medicine's HIV-Aging Initiative and a member of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care's HIV & Aging Expert Panel. He is a fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nursing.
