Dr. Julie Horton is the regional vice president of operations, south, for CHE Behavioral Health. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing degree from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City. She then completed a master of science in nursing degree from Samford University in Birmingham. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
