Dr. Katherine Jeter was among the first 21 clinicians who formed the North American Association of Enterostomal Therapists in 1969, the organization that is now named the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society. Katherine's passion for patient care during her career resulted in worldwide speaking opportunities and countless publications. In recent years she has directed her energy and enthusiasm towards healthy, adventurous activities and is tirelessly advocating the same for everyone -- even into old age.
