Lisa M. Echeverry DNP, CNP

Lisa M. Echeverry is currently the director of the adult-gerontology NP program at Kent State University and works clinically in an internal medicine practice that is part of the Cleveland Clinic. She completed this project as part of her DNP capstone at Rush University. Her goal was to find solutions to the cost and burden of frequent hospitalizations and readmissions by improving health and providing better access to care to those who are unable to seek regular medical care for chronic illnesses.
