Melissa Batchelor PhD, RN-BC, FNP-BC, FGSA, FAAN

Dr. Melissa Batchelor-Murphy is an Associate Professor at the George Washington University School of Nursing in Washington, DC. She was a 2017-2018 Health and Aging Policy Fellow, a program funded by the John A. Hartford Foundation and Atlantic Philanthropies. During her fellowship, she served the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging in the office of the Chair, Senator Susan Collins of Maine. She teaches Health Policy in the Master's and DNP programs at George Washington University School of Nursing and is the Director of the Center for Aging, Health, and Humanities.
