Susan Spivock Smith PhD, CRNP

Susan Spivock Smith is a doctoral prepared geriatric nurse practitioner at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring MD. Susan has been with HCH for nearly 20 years beginning her career in critical care, moved to Home Care and Hospice and in 2000 started the Geriatric Nurse Practitioner House Calls Program. Susan began as an Associates degree nurse and completed her doctoral studies at the University of Maryland School of Nursing in 2009. Susan is part of the Senior Care Team that began the nations first Seniors Emergency Center and is currently involved with implementing Acute Care for the Elderly on Medicine 5 at Holy Cross Hospital.
