This session explores the translation and application of pharmacogenomics to optimize drug treatment in the geriatric population. In addition, clinical applications of personalized oncology care with mismatch repair deficiency predicting response of tumors to PD-1 blockade and PARP inhibitors for cancer patients with BRCA mutations are reviewed.
