Description

Continuing concerns about nursing home quality are generating interest nationally in integrating quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) into existing improvement efforts. This session discusses how QAPI introduces innovative thinking and new methods for improvement and explores how APNs have a critical leadership role in leveraging QAPI to foster effective change in delivering long-term care.
