Description

This session discusses older adult patients who need to be screened for fitness to drive, how to coach patients in planning for the time they can no longer drive safely, and the performing of office-based screening and evaluation for driving safety. This presentation also includes discussion of best practices for conducting difficult conversations with patients and their caregivers about driving alternatives and safety.
