Dr. Katy Lanz has over 15 years of combined advanced illness clinical experience and strategic operational leadership and is a nationally awarded palliative expert and clinical executive who assures clinical competence, economic conscious operations and scalable quality outcomes while having FUN! Currently working for Aspire Health as the Chief Clinical Officer, Katy has helped grow their palliative practice from 20 providers to 300 Advance Practice Providers in 13 states in 1.5 years, now making them the largest palliative practice in the nation, managing over 12,000 patients. Serving as the chair for the GAPNA Palliative SIG, Katy has enjoyed collaborating with and mentoring members who have a passion for palliative care.
