Jean Yudin has been a geriatric nurse practitioner for 25 years and is the director of the Schnabel house call program at the University of Pennsylvania providing ongoing primary care to frail home and urban-dwelling elders. She participates in the education of nurse practitioner students, medical students, and Geriatric Fellows. She is involved in a Reynolds grant and is a committee member in her Geriatric Education Center. She is also a board member of the American Academy of Home Care Physicians and has served on the executive committee.
