Lauren Land DNP, FNP-C, AGNP-C

Lauren Land earned her BSN from Saint Louis University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah, where she also earned a Gerontology Interdisciplinary Certicate. She was recognized as a University of Utah Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence Scholar. Lauren currently works as a primary care nurse practitioner at Central City Concern, a community health center serving homeless adults in downtown Portland, Oregon.
