Kellie Kahveci MSN, RN, APRN, ANP-BC, GNP-BC

Kellie Kahveci is an Adult and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with the Baylor Health Care System Elder HouseCalls and Transitional Care Program. She is also on a faculty member at the University of Texas @ Arlington in the Adult Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program where she is also a PhD student. Kellie is the NP, team member that began the transitional program for the Baylor Health Care System.
