Nikki Davis DNP, FNP-C, GNP-BC, ACHPN

Dr. Nikki Davis is an executive clinical innovation leader, currently serving as Aspire Health’s National Clinical Transformation Strategy and Plan Director. She previously supported clinical field operations for Aspire Health’s Southeast Region as the Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations. Dr. Davis has 18 years of experience in clinical practice and leadership, with a demonstrated history of successful outcomes in operational and clinical excellence. She has worked in complex care and population health management for over 16 years, helping to develop and implement new clinical models that serve vulnerable and frail elder populations in all levels of care settings. Dr. Davis has a passion for palliative care and working with older adults. She is an active member of several professional healthcare organizations, previously served on GAPNA’s Board of Directors, and currently serves as the Principal Officer for the Georgia Chapter of GAPNA.
