Lynda Mackin PhD, RN, ANP-BC, GNP-BC, CNS
Dr. Lynda Mackin is a clinical professor at University of California, San Francisco, School of Nursing. She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, BSN program, and completed her MS and PhD degrees at UCSF. She is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with 20 years of advanced practice nursing experience. Dr. Mackin is one of the designers and lead faculty for an evidence-based project planning course at UCSF that all APRN students take. She is the co-project director for the HRSA-funded Geriatric and Psychiatric Nursing Care Training for APNs and Faculty project at UCSF.
