Dr. Adam Bursua earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Arizona State University. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. He has since been on faculty at the College of Pharmacy, and lectures on various aspects of medication use at each of the Health Sciences Colleges at UIC. He earned and has maintained Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy since 2007. Dr. Bursua is a clinical pharmacist in general medicine at the University Hospital.
