Eve H. Byrd MSN, MPH, FNP-BC, Psych CNS

Eve Byrd is a clinical instructor at Emory School of Nursing and a consultant in Behavioral Health and Aging. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry. Ms. Byrd is also a member of the Board of Directors for Community Friendship, Inc., a psychosocial rehabilitation program in Atlanta for persons with mental illness.

Eve currently practices in the Integrated Memory Care Clinic as a member of the nurse-practitioner led, patient-centered medical home for persons with dementia. Eve also leads a collaborative effort between the Georgia Division of Aging, Georgia Department of Behavioral Health, Fuqua Center for Late –Life Depression and the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing to increase the state of Georgia’s capacity to care for the growing population of older adults with behavioral health disorders.
