Dr. Edie Pituskin has been an oncology nurse for 30 years and a nurse practitioner for 9 years. Dr. Pituskin is an Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta in Canada. Her doctoral studies in Rehabilitation Medicine focused on the negative cardiovascular effects of cancer treatments. Her research program aims to prevent or reduce disability associated with necessary treatments in cancer survivors.
