Patrick Luib is a nurse practitioner and senior director at Maximus, where he leads the development and implementation of clinical operational strategic goals to improve efficiencies in process and workforce management and consumer experience and satisfaction, with a focus on quality management. He has more than 30 years of nursing experience and holds a BSN degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MSN degree from Hunter College, and a post-master's certificate in population care coordination from Duke University. He is a board-certified advanced practice nurse and change leader of clinical operations for value-based health plans and service delivery organizations.
