Patricia Briskin is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who has worked over six years in the Anticoagulation Clinic at Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Mountain View, California. She has over sixteen years of experience as a nurse practitioner, including homecare, neurology, and oncology clinics.

Ms. Briskin leads monthly meetings in the Camino Division of Palo Alto Medical Foundation and actively participates in monthly Anticoagulation meetings at the Palo Alto Division of PAMF. She is currently developing an office visit note workflow and template for new and continuing patients taking direct oral anticoagulation medications.
