Allyson Y. Schwartz

Allyson Schwartz is the President and CEO of the Better Medicare Alliance and a former member of Congress from Pennsylvania. In 2012, Allyson was honored by the fiscally conservative Concord Coalition for her leadership on fiscal issues and deficit reduction. Her influence on health care policy has been recognized by numerous national and state organizations, including being named the recipient of the Health Care Hero Award by the Patient Advocate Foundation and receiving the Congressional Champion Award from the Visiting Nurse Association of America. She is known in Pennsylvania and nationally for being a champion for middle class families and for possessing an executive focus and being a doer who gets results.
