Understanding Your Contact Hour Bank:
When you purchase an On-Demand package that includes contact hours, those hours are added to Contact Hour Bank.
Your Contact Hour Bank allows you to claim contact hours on any session you own to fit your personal learning needs.
Important Information: Tracking Your Contact Hour Limit
Each package you purchase includes a set number of contact hours. Once you use your allotted hours, you cannot claim additional hours without purchasing more.
How to Track Your Contact Hours:
- You are responsible for tracking your remaining contact hour balance.
- To check your available hours, go to My Account page and look in the upper right corner for “CE Credits Remaining.”
- When you claim contact hours for a session (by selecting "Use NCPD Credits"), those hours are permanently deducted from your Contact Hour Bank.
