010 - Research Symposium

This session will assist advanced practice nurses, DNP students, and graduates in developing evidence-based practice projects in clinical settings. Participants will learn to develop a practice question, critique the evidence, and translate evidence into practice (PET). Learn to identify and to formulate research questions related to the care of older adults using the PICOT format. Learn how to conduct a search for evidence using a variety of databases.
