241 - Management of HIV in Older Adults in Nursing Home Settings: An Overview

HIV is a chronic illness that affects all populations, including older adults, and GNPs are in a unique position to help manage health concerns. This session discusses the common management concerns related to HIV and provides resources for patients living with this chronic illness and the GNPs helping to co-manage their care.
