Whether in a discussion with your superior, a difficult conversation with a patient, or a conflict with a peer, we all find ourselves in situations where we must deliver bad news, negotiate goals, or attend to an emotive scenario. This session explores and demonstrates communication frameworks that produce positive outcomes in our daily work and life.
