Leadership is everyone’s business, and everyone can make a difference as well as make extraordinary things happen. Leadership is both an art and a skill, and unprecedented challenges like those we see today require unprecedented responses. This session provides an opportunity for attendees to gain insight into both aspects of leadership, come away with tools and resources that are practical and applicable in a wide variety of settings to achieve optimal outcomes, and helps to provide an answer to the greatest challenge: knowing what to do to deliver value. Shared concepts will build personal and organizational leadership depth, provide a blueprint for building leadership capacity and improving leadership skills, and help to inspire those who are new to the leader role.
