This session reviews the topic of bone health in the mature woman, including osteopenia, as well as osteoporosis and the use of the dexascan to diagnose both osteopenia and osteoporosis. Use of pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic agents for osteopenia and osteoporosis are also included.
