Dr. Quinn describes using messaging perspectives to persuade decision-makers about full practice authority for advanced practice registered nurses. Focusing on the needs of patients and families, Dr. Quinn describes using a free market case for conservative audiences and a health equity perspective for liberal decision-makers.
