Learn how to incorporate the anticoagulant monitoring checklist into your practice. The checklist will assist clinicians in identifying areas of non-compliance, bleeding risk, renal changes, drug interactions, and fall risk.

I was there in person and the session was very informative. from this I feel more confident in prescribing oral anticoagulants.
