Advanced practice registered nurses are in a unique position to leverage their strengths in communication, quality and process improvement, and clinical care to impact the healthcare system. Emphasis in this session is placed on the APRN role in organizational issues including communication, building partnerships, goal setting, and inspiring others to be involved.
