243 - Delirium Across the Care Continuum

Older adults experiencing delirium have increased morbidity and mortality as well as significant economic impacts. This session provides the participant with a toolset for prevention and management of delirium across the care continuum. Additionally, updates on emerging information from the delirium research community are presented.
