Dr. Rebecca Suttle is a certified adult-gero acute care nurse practitioner and an instructor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing. Her healthcare career began in 2010. She spent the first four years as an RN practicing in stem cell transplant. In 2014 to the present has been spent as a nurse practitioner seeing patients with hematologic malignancies in the acute care setting. After serving in an adjunct clinical role, she transitioned to a full-time faculty position at UAB School of Nursing in 2018 and maintains her inpatient faculty practice. She is a member of the GAPNA acute care special interest group.
