This session discusses management of older adults with HIV (adults identifying HIV consistent with recent seroconversion and adults with long-standing disease) and the impact of HIV on the aging process. Prevalence of hepatitis C in older adults, chronic disease, and therapies that eradicate disease are described.

Older adults experiencing delirium have increased morbidity and mortality as well as significant economic impacts. This session provides the participant with a toolset for prevention and management of delirium across the care continuum.
