Correct analysis and interpretation of 12/15 lead electrocardiogram (ECG) is imperative for management that can make the difference between life and death. Learn a systematic approach to identify patterns of ischemia, injury, and infarction; differentiate between right and left bundle branch block; and recognize high-risk ECG patterns indicating lethal electrolyte disturbances, acute pulmonary embolism, pericardial effusions, Brugada syndrome, and significance of Osborne waves along with QRS differentiation patterns of VT versus SVT. Advanced cardiac life support principles are discussed.
