Dr. Linda Keilman is a certified gerontological nurse practitioner and a faculty member in the College of Nursing at Michigan State University, where she has taught for 29 years. She has worked as a nurse practitioner in a variety of settings and her current MSU health team practice is in neurology, creating a neurocognitive diagnostic and wellness center at the university. Dr. Keilman is a fellow in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a distinguished educator of gerontological nursing through the National Hartford Center. Linda also enjoys her editor-in-chief role with Advances in Family Practice Nursing. She has been a member of GAPNA since 1989 and actively engaged on the board, SIGS, and the education and historical committees.
